A new expansion for The Elder Scrolls Online titled Gold Road is set to release in June
The Scions of Ithelia expansion will bring two new four-player dungeons to the game: Oathsworn Pit and Bedlam Veil.
The DLC is set to release on March 11 for PC and Mac, and on March 26 for Xbox and PlayStation consoles. This expansion continues the storyline introduced in last year's Necrom Chapter and sets the stage for the upcoming Gold Road expansion.
"Follow the narrative threads initiated in Necrom, or embark on an entirely new adventure in The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road," reads the description accompanying the trailer for the game's next chapter, which can be viewed above.
"Explore the West Weald and the city of Skingrad, first encountered in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, play with the essence of magic itself, and craft your own abilities with the new Mastery system. Investigate the return of Ithelia, an entirely new Daedric Prince never before seen in The Elder Scrolls series."
Priced at $39.99/ £33.99, Gold Road will be released for PC and Mac on June 3 and for Xbox and PlayStation consoles on June 18.
The new content was revealed during a presentation on Thursday, the full version of which can be seen below.
During the livestream, Zenimax Online studio head Matt Firor stated that Elder Scrolls Online "has grown over the years to attract more than 24 million players."
