Team Secret has finalized the formation of its Dota 2 roster
The European esports organization Team Secret has finalized its Dota 2 roster in anticipation of the upcoming competitive season. Previously, the team parted ways with the midlaner from the Philippines, Armel "Armel" Tabios, and the offlaner from Indonesia, Saieful "Fbz" Ilham.
The new lineup includes players from Malaysia and the Czech Republic, Yeik "MidOne" Nai Zheng and Miroslav "BOOM" Bičan, respectively. MidOne spent the last two and a half years playing for World Team SMG, while BOOM played for the mix team World Team Tickles in the last couple of months.
Both players have been part of Team Secret before: MidOne represented the club from 2016 to 2019, and BOOM defended the team's colors from December 2022 to June 2023. They will take the second and third positions in the roster, respectively. Additionally, Team Secret has also changed its coach.
Just a reminder, Team Secret secured the fourth spot in the Western European qualifiers for The International 2023 and did not qualify for the main Dota 2 tournament of the year, held in Seattle.
The updated roster of Team Secret:
- Netherlands, NL: Remco "Crystallis" Arets
- Malaysia: Yeik "MidOne" Nai Zheng
- Czech Republic, CZ: Miroslav "BOOM" Bičan
- Russia, RU: Daniil "yamich" Lazebny
- Estonia, EE: Clement "Puppey" Ivanov
